Description:
This film tells the story of six friends whose goal is to fly paragliders cross-country together as a group through western Nepal. Finding launches and landings develops into daily routines. The pilot's gliders become vehicles into the culture of the Nepalese with instant immersion upon landing.
Neal Michaelis, Jeff Cristol, Josh Weinstein, Donn Pinkney, Judah Kuper and Brett Schreckengost made up the crew. They relied upon the hospitality of the locals to house and feed them.
This group spent five weeks in Nepal and flew at least 30 days during their stay. On several occasions pilots landed out by themselves and wouldn't be seen for a day or so. Nonetheless, things always seemed to work out well for them.
